APPROVING VOTING POWER definition
APPROVING VOTING POWER means, as of any date, the number of votes able to be cast pursuant to this Article V by the Approving Family Stockholders. With respect to any vote pursuant to this Article V, and as of any given date, each Approving Family Stockholder shall be entitled to cast a number of votes equal to (i) the Outstanding Voting Power, as hereinafter defined, of all capital stock of the Corporation owned of record by such Approving Family Stockholder, plus (ii) the attributed voting power set forth in Section 1(c) of this Article V.
APPROVING VOTING POWER means, as of any date, the number of votes able to be cast pursuant to Section 2.5(d) by the Approving Family Stockholders consistent with Exhibit A hereto.
