Approved Working Capital Facility definition

Approved Working Capital Facility means a credit facility or other arrangement entered into by one or more of the Group Members subsequent to the Closing Date that will provide the Partnership with an ability to make borrowings used solely for working capital purposes or to pay distributions to the Limited Partners; provided that the terms and conditions of such facility shall be approved by the Investor Representatives.
