Approved with Comments means that the Authority’s Representative has raised comments in accordance with paragraph 3 of this Part 2 of [Clause 5 - Schedule B] of the Agreement and the PPP Co must amend its proposals in accordance with such comments and any such amended proposals must be resubmitted to the Authority’s Representative.
