Approved Time off definition
Approved Time off means pre-approved protected leave or time off that an employee has requested and for which the employee has received approval from his/her supervisor, or designee.
Approved Leave of Absence means an absence from active service pursuant to an approved leave policy with a guaranteed right of reinstatement.
Applicable Wages means the basic straight time wages for all hours worked, including:
Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.
Approved tenderer means the tenderer who is approved by the Employer.
Leave of Absence means absent from work with permission.
