Approved Sub-contractors means those sub-contractors approved by the Agency pursuant to Clause 8; "Commencement Date" ; 1 July 2013

For the purposes of this clause 8.1, the subcontractors specified in the Project Document and the Subcontractors listed in the Agreement Details constitute Approved Subcontractors.
