Approved Sub-contractors definition

Approved Sub-contractors means the entities approved by the Minister and named in Item 14 of a Funded Activities Annexure;
Approved Sub-contractors means those sub-contractors approved by the Agency pursuant to Clause 8; "Commencement Date" ; 1 July 2013
Approved Sub-contractors means, in the case of each Appointed Service, those service providers as set out in the relevant Membership Agreement which may be used by the Provider for the provision of such Appointed Services as part of the IS ECN or any other Sub-Contractor approved by the Authority in writing by way of an amendment to the Membership Agreement;

Examples of Approved Sub-contractors in a sentence

  • BGL shall be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by any subcontractor BGL has engaged (including any Approved Subcontractors).

  • As between Seller and Buyer, Seller shall be solely responsible for the acts, omissions or defaults of the Approved Subcontractors and their agents, representatives and employees.

  • If Buyer rejects such proposed Subcontractor and the existing Approved Subcontractors are not acceptable in Seller’s reasonable determination for price, quality or schedule reasons, then Seller shall be entitled to a Change Order for any resulting incremental increase in price or delay in the Delivery Date as a result of Buyer’s rejection of such proposed Subcontractor.

  • All contracts between Seller and Approved Subcontractors shall preserve and protect the rights of Buyer and Owner, shall not prejudice such rights and shall require each Approved Subcontractor to enter into similar agreements with its subcontractors.

  • As of the Effective Date, ▇▇▇▇▇ has agreed that Seller may, subject to the remaining provisions of this Clause 4.2 and Clause 8.4, utilize the services of the Approved Subcontractors listed in Appendix G (Approved Subcontractors).

  • Subject to the provisions of Section 2.4 of the Agreement, this Attachment includes (in Section 1.6) the List of Approved Subcontractors; identifies (in Section 1.3) the Subcontracts designated as Major Subcontracts, identifies (in Section 1.4) the Sub-subcontracts which are designated as Major Sub-subcontracts, and lists (in Section 1.5) the Equipment designated as Major Equipment.

  • Upon termination, suspension or expiration of this Agreement, Contractor agrees that it and each of its employees, agents and Approved Subcontractors will promptly return all DIRECTV owned property in their possession to DIRECTV by any delivery means reasonably requested by DIRECTV, with the cost of returning such property to be at DIRECTV’s expense.

  • Neither Contractor, its employees, agents nor Approved Subcontractors may use any DIRECTV Confidential Information for any reason whatsoever (other than to perform this Agreement), including, but not limited to, for its own benefit or for the benefit of a third party or to interfere, or cause interference with DIRECTV and DIRECTV’s customers.

  • Contractor agrees that it will require its employees, agents and Approved Subcontractors to sign an agreement that protects DIRECTV at least to the same degree as set forth in this Section before any activity in support of this Agreement is undertaken by such employee, agent or Approved Subcontractor.

  • For the purposes of this clause 8.1, the subcontractors specified in the Project Document and the Subcontractors listed in the Agreement Details constitute Approved Subcontractors.

Approved Sub-contractors means the approved sub-contractors in Item 4 of Schedule 1.
Approved Sub-contractors means any of SeamlessHR’s partners, agents or service providers, including its Affiliates that may be engaged by SeamlessHR for the operations or performance of the Services.
Approved Sub-contractors means the sub-contractors listed in Schedule 9 of the Framework Agreement.
