Examples of Approved Schematic Plans. in a sentence

  • Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below).

  • Upon approval of the Final TI Working Drawings by Landlord and Tenant, the Final TI Working Drawings shall constitute the “Approved TI Plans,” superseding (to the extent of any inconsistencies) any inconsistent features of the previously existing Approved Schematic Plans.
