Approved Providers definition

Approved Providers means those individuals, corporations, associations, organizations, organized health care systems, educational institutions, governmental agencies or private practitioners offering continuing education as approved by CCAPP-EI.
Approved Providers means providers of insurance rated not less than A/X by A.M. Best Company Inc., or otherwise approved by Administrative Agent.
