Approved Permit definition

Approved Permit is defined in Section 8.2(b).
Approved Permit means the permit City will issue if, after reviewing Lessee’s Permit Application and drawings, City determines that Lessee’s proposed use of such Pole to locate Lessee’s Facilities is acceptable and in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Approved Permit means a permit of a type submitted to the Manager by the owner or occupant of a property, and which is subsequently approved by the Manager as suitable for the purpose of identifying a vehicle which is owned or operated by a person who is authorized by said owner or occupant to park on the property of said owner or occupant.

Examples of Approved Permit in a sentence

  • Within thirty (30) days after Buyer’s receipt of Buyer’s Approved Permit, Buyer shall deliver written notice thereof (the “Exercise Notice”) to Seller, which notice must be accompanied by a copy of Buyer’s Approved Permit and which shall specify the amount of Purchased Credits.

  • Provided the Purchase Price was paid by Buyer in accordance with Section 1 above, within ten (10) days of Seller's receipt of the Exercise Notice, Seller shall submit to USACE a Letter of Confirmation with a copy of Buyer's Approved Permit, if approved at that time, and a written request to transfer the Purchased Credits to the Buyer, along with such other documentation as may be necessary to effect the transfer of the Purchased Credits.

  • Additionally, City may terminate this Agreement or Approved Permit immediately if City determines that termination is required by the public interest.

  • All of the remedies to enforce outstanding obligations under this Agreement, including Article 21 regarding Dispute Resolution, shall survive termination of this Agreement or an Approved Permit.

  • Contractor shall perform all Work necessary to complete the Post-Mining Reclamation in accordance with the Mine permit as amended by the Approved Permit Revisions.

  • Lessee shall have the right to terminate this Agreement or applicable Approved Permit upon at least 60 days’ prior written notice to City if Lessee reasonably determines that a Pole or Site is no longer feasible for any of the following reasons: (1) the inability to obtain or retain the necessary governmental approvals or permits, (2) signal interference created by surrounding structures, entities, or facilities, or (3) technological advances make continued use of the Site or Pole economically unfeasible.

  • Upon execution of this Agreement and receipt of Payment, Seller shall submit to USACE a Letter of Confirmation with a copy of Buyer's Approved Permit and a written request to transfer the Purchased Credits to the Buyer, along with such other documentation as may be necessary to effect the transfer of the Purchased Credits.

  • If Lessee is unable to eliminate any such interference in a reasonable period of time to the satisfaction of City, City may terminate the applicable Approved Permit.

  • An Approved Permit may contain such conditions as the City determines are needed to fulfill the requirements of applicable City law and the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
