Approved Payment definition

Approved Payment. Guaranteed Payment” refers to the case that after Buyer’s Credit Risk occurs to Party B, Party A shall pay the corresponding amount to the Seller Factoring Agent in a certain time limit after the accounts receivable become due. It will be always referred to as “Approved Payment” hereinafter.
Approved Payment means an Approved Payment Request that can be settled because sufficient funds exist in the related Disbursement Account.
