Approved Mediator definition
Approved Mediator means a mediator who a circuit court or judicial district of this state officially recognizes and shows by appropriate official documentation as being approved within that court or judicial district as a general civil mediator, domestic relations custody and parenting mediator, or domestic relations financial mediator for purposes of the one or more mediation programs operated under the auspices of that court or judicial district that is subject to UTCR 12.010.
Approved Mediator means a mediator who satisfies such training and quality assurance standards as the Lord Chancellor may by regulations specify;”
Approved Mediator means an individual who is not an Affiliate of any Member, and who is not and has never been an employee of any Member or Affiliate, and who is a retired judge or is otherwise knowledgeable in the Disputed Items, as determined by the Parties. If the Parties cannot agree on an Approved Mediator within such fifteen (15) calendar day period, then either Party may elect to submit the resolution of the Disputed Items to binding arbitration pursuant to Exhibit B. The foregoing fifteen (15) day period shall be reduced to five (5) days in the case of a dispute regarding an Expedited Major Decision.
