Approved Manuals definition

Approved Manuals means manuals, or sections of manuals, requiring approval by the FAA or EASA as part of a certification program. These include the approved sections of the Flight Manual, the airworthiness limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), the engine and propeller installation and operating instructions manuals, and the certification maintenance requirements where applicable.
Approved Manuals means manuals, or sections of manuals, requiring approval by the FAA or EASA as part of a certification program.   • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Approved Market means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange.

  • Project Operations Manual means the manual, satisfactory to the Association, and referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with agreement of the Association.

  • Project Operational Manual means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (b) of this Agreement and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, outlining policies, procurement and implementation procedures and monitoring guidelines for the Project;

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • Valuation manual means the manual of valuation instructions adopted by the NAIC as specified in this section or as subsequently amended.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organizational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;
