Approved Maintenance definition

Approved Maintenance means Scheduled Maintenance and Emergency Maintenance.
Approved Maintenance means notified and scheduled maintenance performed during scheduled maintenance windows. (iv) “Downtime” means the total number of minutes during calendar month in which the Services are not available and usable, excluding unavailability due to Approved Maintenance or caused by Gen or its third parties (other than compliance with Provider’s instructions).
Approved Maintenance. Program shall mean the Maintenance Program in effect on the Delivery Date with respect to the aircraft which are the subject of the Other Aircraft Agreements or such other Maintenance Program as Lessor shall from time to time approve in writing, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • However, following the establishment of the Approved Maintenance Program, Owner and Operator may agree to amendments to the Approved Maintenance Program and Operator shall incorporate such amendments into the Approved Maintenance Program promptly after receiving notification from Owner of such amendments.


More Definitions of Approved Maintenance

Approved Maintenance. Program shall mean the approved maintenance program of Lessor. The Approved Maintenance Program shall include scheduled maintenance, condition monitored maintenance, and on-condition maintenance of the Aircraft, Components, engines and rotables including but not limited to, servicing, testing, preventive maintenance, repairs, structural inspections, system checks, overhauls, approved modifications, service bulletins, engineering orders, airworthiness directives, corrosion control, inspections and treatment.
Approved Maintenance means notified and scheduled maintenance. The following formula shall be used to calculate Up Time for a given month: Up Time = (Total minutes in the calendar month – Total minutes Downtime in such month) / (Total minutes in the calendar month)
