Approved DPR definition

Approved DPR means the detailed project report for the Project, for which techno-economic approval or technical concurrence, as prescribed under the policy of the Government from time to time, is issued by the competent authority, read with the changes and conditions stipulated in the Implementation Agreement, techno- economic approval, technical concurrence, feasibility approval, techno-economic appraisal and the Governmental Authorisations, as applicable, Any change(s) in the detailed project report after the Effective Date shall however not affect the capital cost and/or tariff under this Agreement.
Approved DPR means DPR submitted by the Developer and approved by DMA, subsequent to this Agreement.
