Approved Caterer means a Caterer who is under contract to the Company.

Approved Caterer status means a caterer approved by the Vice President of Business Affairs (or designee), as evidenced by a fully executed Catering Services Agreement, and compliance with specifications and guidelines as set forth therein.

• University will disseminate information to University event planners to facilitate awareness of Approved Caterer program.

• Applicants for Approved Caterer status are required to complete a site visit with a SCCC staff member prior to submitting the application.
