Approved arrangements definition
Approved arrangements means the arrangement of the premises, fittings, installations and all other things in connection therewith as approved by the Council.
Approved arrangements means the arrangements in connection with this Agreement and the Secretary of State Investor Agreement that were approved by the European Commission in its decision of 8 October 2014. For the avoidance of doubt, the Approved Arrangements do not include the Electricity Market Reform Capacity Mechanism;

Approved arrangements means the arrangements of the premises, fittings, installations and all other things in connection with them as approved by the Council.
Approved arrangements means the arrangements of the premises, as accepted by the Council’s Licensing Service Manager at the time of the grant or variation of the licence, as complying generally with the DSA Technical Regulations and BS5588 Part 6, as modified or dispensed with, by any subsequent consent or approval issued by the Council’s Licensing Service Manager, in writing, accordingly.
