Approved Action definition

Approved Action means an action or activity undertaken after the date of this Agreement by a Party in connection with and for the purposes of the Project in accordance with the Project Objectives which is approved for the purpose of this Agreement by a decision of the Project Board
Approved Action means the construction or activity approved by an order issued under section 76 (1) (d) of the Act;
Approved Action has the meaning set forth in Section 18.5.3.
