Appropriation Payment definition

Appropriation Payment means for purposes of this article the State appropriation 9 set forth in subsection (c)(1) of this section to fund transition payments to Participating Retirees 10 (“Transition Payments”).
Appropriation Payment means the Appropriation Amount less any additional revenues held by the Trustee Bank after the date the Appropriation Amount is appropriated to the Trust;

  • The Recipient hereby acknowledges and expressly agrees that all disbursements of grant funds to the Recipient or to third parties on the Recipient’s behalf shall comply with the Community Preservation Fund Appropriation Payment, Accounting and Procurement Policy as promulgated by the Town Accountant and Chief Procurement Officer.

  • The Department will pay state-funded activity-based funding, block funding and system manager funding to the HHS on a fortnightly basis in line with receipt of the State Appropriation Payment.
