Appropriate Share definition

Appropriate Share has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(d).
Appropriate Share of a Borrower with respect to any amount payable hereunder is the sum of (i) to the extent such amount is properly allocable to Loans and Letters of Credit outstanding hereunder, the portion of such amount properly allocable to the Loans and Letter of Credit outstanding to or for the account of such Borrower, and (ii) to the extent such amount is not properly allocable to Loans and Letters of Credit outstanding hereunder, the Appropriate Share shall be the product of the Availability Percentage of such Borrower and such amount.

  • In the event Tenant exercises such termination right, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a sum equal to the Appropriate Share (as hereinafter defined) of any unamortized Tenant Improvement Allowance and unamortized brokerage commissions, all as amortized at eight percent (8%) per annum over the initial term of this Lease, plus an amount equal to one (1) year’s Rent at the then current rental rate.
