Appropriate Price definition

Appropriate Price means, in the case of paragraph (a) above, the higher of the average share prices determined from paragraphs (i) or (ii) below and, in the case of paragraph (b) above, the lower of the average share prices determined from paragraphs (i) or (ii) below;
