Appropriate Conduct definition

Appropriate Conduct. All participants are expected to engage in a respectful and professional manner. All aspects of life are valid for discussion, within the bounds of propriety. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the caller’s participation in the conversation. “Inappropriate behavior” may include but is not limited to: o Language that is disrespectful or offensive. o Language that may be triggering to other participants. o Discussions that are inauthentic, off topic, or overly confusing. o Statements that could compromise the confidentiality of another.
Appropriate Conduct means that your behavior at work in your interactions with consumers, their families, and other staff would be judged suitable and proper by professionals and others working in this field.

Examples of Appropriate Conduct in a sentence

  • Responsibility to Honour Appropriate Conduct: All persons have the responsibility to honour the respective Codes of Conduct, if applicable, or their duties and obligations as set out in various collective agreements and university policies, in spirit and in deed.
