Appropriate Commitment definition

Appropriate Commitment means, at any time, (a) with respect to any Tranche A Lender, its Tranche A Commitment or Tranche A Advance, as applicable, and (b) with respect to any Tranche B Lender, its Tranche B Commitment or Tranche B Advance, as applicable.

  • Each Lender that receives a Note pursuant to this Section 2.15 agrees that, upon its Appropriate Commitment Termination, such Lender will return such Note to the Borrower.

  • The Borrower agrees that upon notice by any Bank to the Borrower (with a copy of such notice to the Agent) to the effect that a Note is required or appropriate in order for such Bank to evidence (whether for purposes of pledge, enforcement or otherwise) the Advances owing to, or to be made by, such Bank, the Borrower shall promptly execute and deliver to such Bank a Note payable to such Bank and its registered assigns in a principal amount up to the Appropriate Commitment of such Bank.

  • Aggregate Commitment means the aggregate of the Commitments of all of the Lenders, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. As of the Effective Date, the Aggregate Commitment is $500,000,000.

  • Revolving Credit Aggregate Commitment means Eighty Million Dollars ($80,000,000.00), subject to increases pursuant to Section 2.12 hereof up to the Revolving Credit Optional Increase Amount, and subject to reduction or termination under Section 2.11 or 9.2 hereof.

The initial amount of each Lender’s Facility A Commitment is set forth on the Commitment Schedule, or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender shall have assumed its Facility A Commitment, as applicable. The initial aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Facility A Commitments is $1,000,000,000.
