Appropriate Bench definition
Appropriate Bench means in relation to any matter the Bench which is competent under these rules to dispose of the said matter finally;
Appropriate Bench means in relation to any matter, the bench which is competent under these rules or orders issued from time to time in this regard to dispose of the matter finally.
