Approach Roads definition

Approach Roads means the Connecting Roads and the existing roads linking the Existing and Second Crossings to [ROAD].

  • The Government shall repair and maintain the Approach Roads for the duration of the Concession Period having regard to the character of the highway and the traffic which is reasonably to be expected to use it and by the standard of maintenance appropriate for a highway of that character and used by such traffic.
