Any and all payments relating to the Pension, Welfare, Finishing Trades Trust Funds, Apprenticeship Education Fund, Industry Funds, Secretariat Funds, Labour Management Cooperation Initiative and the Vacation Pay Funds, along with adminis- trative dues check-off and the Union dues, shall be sent to the Administrator on such form as designated by the Trustees of such Funds.
Apprenticeship Education Fund shall be considered a Trust Fund in the hands of the Employer until the money is paid to an Administrator designated from time to time by the Employers and the Union signatory to this Collective Agreement.
