Any work performed by a journeyman in excess of eight (8) hours per day or 40 hours per week, shall not be used to calculate the hourly ratio required by section 1777.5. "Apprenticeable craft or trade," as used in section 1777.5 and this Article, means a craft or trade determined as an apprenticeable occupation in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed by the Apprenticeship Council.
