Any Appraised-Out Class for which the Requesting Holders are challenging the Special Servicer’s Appraisal Reduction Amounts determination may not exercise any rights of the related Controlling Class until such time, if any, as such Class is reinstated as the Controlling Class.
If required by such recalculation, the Appraised-Out Class shall be reinstated as the Controlling Class and each other Appraised-Out Class shall, if applicable, have its related Certificate Balance notionally restored to the extent required by such recalculation of the Appraisal Reduction Amount, Allocated Appraisal Reduction Amount or Collateral Deficiency Amount, as applicable.
In addition, the Requesting Holders of any Appraised-Out Class shall have the right, at their sole expense, to require the applicable Special Servicer to order an additional Appraisal of any Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which there exists a Collateral Deficiency Amount if an event has occurred at, or with respect to, the related Mortgaged Property or Mortgaged Properties that would have a material effect on its or their appraised value.
If required by any such recalculation, the Appraised-Out Class shall be reinstated as the Controlling Class and the Appraised-Out Class shall have its Certificate Balance notionally restored to the extent required by such recalculation of the Appraisal Reduction Amount and the Trust Appraisal Reduction Amount.
Appraisals that are permitted to be requested by any Appraised-Out Class shall be in addition to any Appraisals that the Special Servicer may otherwise be required to obtain in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices upon the occurrence of such material change or that the Special Servicer is otherwise required or permitted to order under this Agreement without regard to any Appraisal requests made by any Requesting Holder.
If required by any such recalculation, the Appraised-Out Class shall be reinstated as the Controlling Class.
The Holders of the majority (by Certificate Balance) of the Appraised-Out Class shall have the right, at their sole expense, to require the Special Servicer to order a second Appraisal of any Property (such Holders, the “Requesting Holders”).
If required by any such recalculation, the Appraised-Out Class shall be reinstated as the Controlling Class and the Appraised-Out Class shall have its Certificate Balance notionally restored to the extent required by such recalculation of the Appraisal Reduction Amount.

The rights of the Controlling Class during each Appraisal Review Period shall be exercised by the next most senior Class of Control Eligible Certificates that is not an Appraised-Out Class, if any.
