The Contractor shall commence the Appraisal activities in accordance with the terms of the approved Work Program.
The Group’s Exploration and Appraisal activities are carried out in Morocco.
Any Appraisal Plan submitted pursuant to Article 5.1 shall establish the content of the Appraisal activities for a period of up to three (3) Years from the date of approval of such plan (the “Appraisal Period”).

No later than thirty (30) Days following the end of the Appraisal Period for any type of Discovery, the Contractor shall deliver to CNH a report of all Appraisal activities carried out during such Appraisal Period, containing the minimum information indicated in Annex 7.
Hydrocarbons obtained from performance of any test made to determine the characteristics of a reservoir and its production flows shall be delivered to the Marketer at the location established in the Work Program approved by CNH for the Appraisal activities.
Irrespective of Article 25 (6), the Ministry may grant an extension to the Appraisal Period where the Authorised Person has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Ministry that Appraisal has been conducted in accordance with the Appraisal Work Programme and that further Appraisal activities are required to determine whether the Discovery is a Commercial Discovery.
