Examples of Appointment List in a sentence

  • If LUL fails to issue a request to remove a consultant and/or contractor within twenty (20) Working Days of receipt of the Appointment List, the Appointment List shall be deemed approved and the Licensee shall be entitled to appoint any of the consultants and/or contractors on such Appointment List.

  • Any consultant and/or contractor whom the Landlord does not require to be removed from an Appointment List shall be an approved Consultant or approved Contractor (as the case may be) for the relevant Critical Works for which the Tenant is seeking the consent of the Landlord.
