Appointment Deed definition

Appointment Deed means the Collateral Agent and Administrative Agent Appointment Deed dated as of the date hereof among the Administrative Agent, the Indenture Trustee, the Grantors, the lenders party thereto, the arrangers party thereto and the Initial Collateral Agent.
