Appointing. The person(s)/legal entity described in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Power of Attorney (each referred to as the ‘Attorney’). Operative provisions
Appointing means a procedure administered by the responsible ministry, for the purpose of assigning responsibility to a laboratory, certification body, control authority or any other subject to perform activities of conformity assessment for suppliers;
Appointing the Employer initiates a move to another position in the same classification or different.

Examples of Appointing in a sentence

  • Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives.
