Appointers definition

Appointers means, for the purposes of the appointment of (i) the Assembly Commission or (ii) the Special Appeal Body, the Convener and the Deputy Convener of the Commission Panel Provided that (i) if either of them shall be unable to act the General Secretary shall substitute for that one and act jointly with the other and (ii) if both shall be unable to act the Appointers shall be the General Secretary and a Moderator of the General Assembly.
