Appointed Persons definition

Appointed Persons means the Parent Appointed Persons and the Representative Appointed Persons.
Appointed Persons has the meaning given to in clause 13.1.
Appointed Persons means the Buyer Appointed Persons and the Seller Appointed Persons.

  • To such end the parties must within 10 Business Days of a dispute arising convene a meeting between their authorised representatives and any other relevant members of management having regard to the matter under discussion (together, Appointed Persons) to attempt to resolve the dispute.

  • The Appointed Persons and telephone numbers for call-backs may be changed only in writing actually received and acknowledged by the Escrow Agent and will be effective only after the Escrow Agent has had a reasonable opportunity to act on such changes.

  • The Purchaser will also supply full information of all the aspects related to the Products’ orders by the Appointed Persons and, therefore, with those persons with whom the Purchaser refrained from doing business.

  • The Escrow Agent shall have no duty to provide Parent, the Securityholder Representative or their respective Appointed Persons with any Claim Notice or Claim Response.

Appointed Persons means any person (including without limitation a company or an organization) appointed by HKBRFSL to undertake or carry out on its behalf any activities under BRCRS.
