Appointed Office definition

Appointed Office means any office, other than an Elected Office, created and filled by the appointment of the Board, which office may include the offices of any Executive Director, vice president, assistant secretary, assistant treasurer or other office. The term "Appointed Officer" shall mean any person appointed to fill and who assumes an Appointed Office.
Appointed Office means any Pokagon Band governmental office or position, including the Board of Directors of the Pokagon Gaming Authority and the Board of Directors of Mno- Bmandsen, whether compensated or voluntary, to which a person is appointed by the Tribal Council or any other Governing Body with appointment authority.

  • Any officer holding a CEO Appointed Office, whether elected to such office by the Board or appointed by the Chief Executive Officer, may be removed at any time, either with or without cause, by the Chief Executive Officer, except for such individuals holding CEO Appointed Offices who also hold any of the titles of Controller, Treasurer or Secretary.
