Appointed Agent Personnel definition
Appointed Agent Personnel means an anyone other than the Agent, including but not limited to Customer Representatives who is an employee or contractorperform work on behalf of the Agency, and who has been appointed byAgent relating to Citizens through execution of an Agent Appointmentbusiness in accordance with this Agreement.
