Applied Product means any product or service: (a) developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, leased, licensed or sold, directly or indirectly, by or on behalf of any Applied Entity; or (b) currently under development by or for any Applied Entity (whether or not in collaboration with another Person).
