  • Jitterbit’s Confidential Information includes the Jitterbit Applications, Training Materials, deliverables, Documentation, and Professional Services methodologies, know-how, templates, and related documentation.

  • Jitterbit will defend any action brought against Client by a third party to the extent based upon a claim that the Jitterbit Applications, Training Materials, Documentation, deliverables, as provided by Jitterbit to Client and used within the scope of this Agreement, infringe any third party copyright or U.S. patent, and will pay any costs, damages and reasonable attorneys’ fees attributable to such claim that are finally awarded against Client or agreed upon by Jitterbit in settlement.

  • In addition, some updates may require Applications Training performed by Siemens’ personnel that will be offered at prevailing rates.

  • Liaises with the Health Applications Training & Support Coordinator and relevant stakeholders regarding projects and system upgrades.
