Application Submission means the date and time, as stipulated in the Core Plan, by which the Application must be submitted to DCA in order to be eligible for funding under this Plan.

  • Information on each of these options is below: ASSIST – The Application Submission System and Interface for Submission Tracking (ASSIST) is an NIH sponsored online interface used to prepare applications using the SF424 form set, submit electronically through Grants.gov to SAMHSA and other participating agencies, and track grant applications.

  • Applications that miss the due date and time are subjected to the NIH Policy on Late Application Submission.

  • Applicants are required to complete the following Forms: Form 3A: Application Submission Form; Form 3B: CV of the Applicant; and Form 3C: Remuneration and Reimbursable The Remuneration and reimbursable are purely indicative and are subject to negotiations and agreement with the Client prior to finalisation of the Contract.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • StarCompliance Code of Ethics application means the web-based application used to electronically pre-clear personal securities transactions and file many of the reports required herein. The application can be accessed via the AB network at: https://alliance-ng.starcompliance.com/.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Patent Application means an application for patent protection for a CRADA Subject Invention with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“U.S.P.T.O.”) or the corresponding patent-issuing authority of another nation.

  • Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Regulatory Filing means any filing with any Governmental Authority with respect to the research, development, manufacture, distribution, pricing, reimbursement, marketing or sale of a Product.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Registration Application means an application for registration of this Agreement as a planning agreement on the title of the Land pursuant to Section 7.6 of the Act in a form approved by the Registrar General;

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Application packet means the information, documents, and fees required by the Department for the:
