Application Standards definition

Application Standards means any and all terms and conditions specified by the Supplier relating to the application of the Product including, without restriction, use of proper equipment, calibration of equipment, pan testing, tendering methods, safe use of the Product, and safety, health and environmental matters which Application Standards are more particularly defined and described in Schedule “C” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement;
