Application Specifications definition

Application Specifications means the functionality for which the software was designed to perform by the third party software licensor (Microsoft or other third party vendor, “ISV”).
Application Specifications means version 7.4 of the confidential and proprietary specifications for the M2ATM Capsule, the receipt and confidentiality of which Zarlink hereby acknowledges.

  • CAMBER will Manufacture the Products only at the approved Facility in accordance with the Approved Application, Specifications, GMP and Applicable Law (collectively the “Production Standards”).

  • Such tests shall be conducted through the assembly and testing of M2ATM Capsules using the Final Prototypes with all peripherals for the M2ATM Capsule described in the Application Specifications, including the CMOS imager, transmitter antenna and LED illuminators.

  • If SIX, as a service provider, would like to make an application available on the bLink Marketplace, the pro- cedure defined in the relevant Appendix 2 (Application Specifications) shall be followed.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Manufacturer shall Manufacture all Product to be delivered to AAI or AAI's designee (a) in accordance with the Drug Application, Specifications, the Quality Agreement and this Supply Agreement and (b) in material compliance with the CGMP Requirements and all other legal requirements applicable to the Manufacturing and supplying of Product to be marketed and sold by AAI.

  • During the Term, RoseASP grants to Customer a limited, nontransferable, non-exclusive license for Customer (and Authorized Users) to use the ASP Product to perform the Application Specifications.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Standard Specifications means all applicable legal requirements pertaining to the development of the Property including, but not limited to, Master Subdivision Plan, applicable permits, and construction drawings required for all Infrastructure, including, without limitation, the Town's Unified Development Ordinance, Knightdale's Water Allocation Policy (Ordinance # 13-06- 19-001 and Ordinance # ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇) and Standard Specifications and Construction Details Manual.   • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;
