Application Processing Services means those Persons and systems utilized to obtain, retain, validate, and transmit Cardholder Data submitted by prospective Cardholders in order to consider the Cardholder for a Card, return a decision with respect to an application for a Card, create the Card Account at the Processor, and trigger the delivery of the Card, as further described in Section 3.5.

  • The following deliverables are considered Developed Works for the purposes of this SOW.

  • To the extent a Cardholder’s identity cannot be verified using the automated processes described herein, Marketer will ensure that the Application Processing Services reject the Cardholder’s request to establish a Card Account, or pend the Cardholders request and gather documentary evidence to perform the services described herein manually using procedures approved by CBKC.

  • TRAINING: - Initial training provided as part of Conversion Services - Refresher training available CLIENT SUPPORT: - Staffing and maintenance to undertake investigations, inquiries, and problem resolution associated with the Application Processing Services software.

  • FDRI will use due diligence in processing the application materials received from Buyer, and the performance by FDRI of the Application Processing Services and the On-Line Credit Bureau Report Request Services called for in this Agreement shall be consistent with industry standards.

  • CBKC and CIP Vendor shall hold Marketer harmless and make no claim against Marketer for liability, nonpayment, or loss suffered in connection with the Application Processing Services and caused by CBKC or the CIP Vendor.

  • Buyer shall pay FDRI the amounts shown in Exhibit "B" for Application Processing Services and On-Line Credit Bureau Report Request Services.

  • Effective the date of ratification, the Employer and the Association agree to Schedule “1.1” attached to this Schedule relating to Harassment.

  • Buyer shall have no obligation to indemnify FDRI against any liability, loss or damage FDRI might suffer arising solely out of FDRI's negligent performance of Application Processing Services and On-Line Credit Bureau Report Request Services called for by this Agreement.
