Application Package(s) means the documentation necessary for First Community Mortgage, Inc. to determine Borrower's eligibility for a residential mortgage loan to be funded by First Community Mortgage, Inc. (each, a “Loan”), which shall include, but not be limited to, a mortgage loan application, verifications of income, liabilities, and net worth, as well as all compliance with the Underwriting Guidelines set forth in the Lender Requirements.
