Examples of Application Maintenance Services in a sentence

  • The parties agree that the following Services are “Services” under this Agreement: (i) Application Development Services described in Schedule C-1, and (ii) Application Maintenance Services described in Schedule C-2.

Related to Application Maintenance Services

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Maintenance Service means the telephone system maintenance services supplied by us pursuant to the Telephony System and Maintenance Service Specific Terms and as described on the relevant Order Form;

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.
