Application Law definition

Application Law means the laws and any other instruments having the force of law in the respective State related to Panchayats’ or in India (as they may be issued and in force from time to time).
Application Law means, anything in Section 11.05 --------------- notwithstanding, (i) all applicable common law and principles of equity and (ii) all applicable provisions of all (a) constitutions, statutes, rules, regulations and orders of governmental bodies, (b) Governmental Approvals and (c) orders, decisions, judgments and decrees of all courts and arbitrators.
