Application Lab definition
Application Lab means that certain equipment located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, which has been financed by Orix and is subject to a first priority security interest in favor of Orix, as more particularly described in the Subordination Agreement by and between Agent and Orix.
