Application for Accreditation definition

Application for Accreditation means application of the User for accreditation and broker registration (the Application for accession to the Contract for organization and conducting of Exchange trading by which the User agrees to adhere to the Terms of Use of AgroBrokBot (Offer) and Trading Rules.“CCC Exchange” shall mean Commodity exchange “Central Commodity Counterparty” with a company number 42023507 having its registered office at 33b Tarasa Shevchenko blvd., Kyiv, Ukraine.“CSA of Standard Agreement” shall mean Credit Support Annex of Standard Agreement.
