Application Bundle definition

Application Bundle means a bundle of software, sold as a single package, comprising Tools and Database and products owned or licensed by QAD Inc. that together comprise the QAD enterprise software solution. The description of the full contents of the Application Bundle is available in the Software and Cloud Services Terms.
Application Bundle means PSC Deployment Software and, if applicable, the Implementation Development Software, embedded in, integrated with, or bundled with any Covered Application as permitted pursuant to this Agreement, as listed in Exhibit A. Additional Application Bundles may be added to Exhibit A and this Agreement pursuant to the Update Process. The Parties agree that certain terms and conditions may change or be added in connection with the inclusion of additional Application Bundles.
Application Bundle means the VISIGENIC DISTRIBUTION PRODUCT(S) packaged in combination with one or more VAR PRODUCTS.

Examples of Application Bundle in a sentence

  • The development software provided as part of the Tools and Database may only be used to install, support, localize or customize the Application Bundle.

  • There are certain modules delivered with the Application Bundle and/or with certain Add-On Products to facilitate processes internal to the Software but which must be licensed separately if Licensee wishes to use them as independent products.

  • It is not required to publish a notice pertaining to such appointment.

  • If Licensee wishes to use Development Software to create additional functionality not directly related to the Application Bundle or if Licensee requires additional licenses to the Development Software, a separate license for such software must be purchased.

  • For such design, if the root folder of a vulnerable network service is set to a bundle container directory, files within Application Bundle will be exposed.

  • During the installation of a new app, the installer creates a bundle container directory that holds the Application Bundle, whereas the data container direc- tory holds runtime generated data of the app.

  • The executable in the Application Bundle is encoded in Mach-O format [68] consisting of three parts: Header, Load commands, and Data.

  • It is described in its terms as ‘the single overall control framework that applies to all Shell Companies’ (Application Bundle #4 p.3).

  • Upon receipt of a revised Exhibit B-1, QAD agrees to update its End User License Agreement to include (in substantial form) any such additional license requirements prior to shipping the Application Bundle version that includes a Deployment Software.

  • QAD agrees that where a competitive situation requires that the license fees be broken out by product in order to make an End User sale, QAD may break out the component license fees, but in such a situation QAD must publish the then-current PSC List Price and the then-current QAD List Price and may not apply a discount to the PSC components greater than the discount applied to the Application Bundle.

Related to Application Bundle

  • Application packet means the information, documents, and fees required by the Department for the:

  • Application Package means the forms, schedules, checklists, exhibits, computer disks and instructions thereto obtained from the Agency, which shall be completed and submitted to the Agency in accordance with all regulations in order to apply for the HTC Program.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • Application Date means the dates set out in clause 3.1(a), by which Athletes must submit a completed Athlete Application in accordance with clause 8.3 of the NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation.

  • Certified Remanufacture System or Verified Engine Upgrade means engine upgrades certified or verified by EPA or CARB to achieve a reduction in emissions.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed. Application programs are developed or otherwise acquired by the user of the Hardware/Software system, but they may be supplied by the Contractor.

  • Application Process means the online application process under which the Applicant applies for Hospitality Packages on the Webshop.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.

  • Application area means the area where the coating is applied by spraying, dipping, or flow coating techniques.

  • Uniform application means the current version of the national association of insurance commissioners uniform application for resident and nonresident insurance producer licensing.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Application Unit means such number of Units or whole multiples thereof as specified in this Prospectus or such other whole multiple of Units determined by the Manager, approved by the Trustee and notified to the Participating Dealers.

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.

  • Application Fee means the non-refundable fee required by Owner to process the Application. The Application Fee covers Owner’s time and expense in obtaining information about you such as checking your references and obtaining and reviewing your consumer report.  Administration Fee: “Administration Fee” is a one-time fee required by Owner. The Administration Fee includes items such as the preparation of this Lease Contract and related Documents, setting up your account ledger and other time, costs and expenses associated with the processing of this Lease Contract. The Administration Fee will be refunded to you ONLY if: i) an Exclusive Bed Space cannot be leased to you, ii) your Application is not approved by Owner, or iii) you withdraw your Application within 72 hours after signing the Application (pursuant to the terms of the Application). Otherwise, the Administration Fee shall be retained by Owner as liquidated damages, including but not limited to situations where you either: i) fail to sign this Lease Contract after approval by Owner, or ii) 72 or more hours have passed after your execution of the Application. You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages.  Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Server Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) allows more than one user to Use the Runtime Product through any middle tier application(s), and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product. A Client Application installed in a Windows terminal server environment (e.g. Citrix or Microsoft Remote Desktop Platform) is a Server Application.

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Practical application means to manufacture in the case of a composition or product, to practice in the case of a process or method, or to operate in the case of a machine or system; and, in each case, under such conditions as to establish that the invention is being utilized and that its benefits are, to the extent permitted by law or government regulations, available to the public on reasonable terms.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
