Application/Acceptance Date definition
Application/Acceptance Date means the date of the Eligible Participant’s acceptance of the Company’s Invitation to subscribe for Options pursuant to the Company’s Securities Incentive Plan [being 15 February 2022].
Application/Acceptance Date means the date on which the director finds that an application is complete, as defined in this title.
Application/Acceptance Date means the date the Commonwealth provides notice that an Application has been accepted for merit assessment. Asset any item of tangible property purchased, leased, created or otherwise brought into existence either wholly or in part with use of the Funds, but does not include Agreement Material. Budget the budget (if any) set out in item 10 of Schedule 2, as varied from time to time in accordance with clause 9.3 of this Agreement. Business Day a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or bank holiday in the place where the act is to be performed or where the Notice is received.
