The Applicant has disclosed (and will procure that each Applicant's Representative shall disclose) to DLUHC and Homes England all information which would or might reasonably be thought to influence DLUHC and Homes England in awarding the Funding to the Applicant or the amount of the Funding or otherwise contracting with the Applicant under the terms of this Agreement.
