Applicant category definition
Applicant category means, for the purposes of evaluating applications an Indian nation, tribe or pueblo, a rural community served by a rural electric cooperative, a rural community served by an investor-owned public utility, an urban or semi-urban municipality or county, or an institution of higher education.
