Any payment made hereunder shall be made free and clear of and without deduction for or on account of all wire and like charges without any presentment or surrender of any Equipment Note, except that, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Equipment Note, such Equipment Note shall be surrendered to the Applicable Trustee for cancellation promptly after such payment.
Applicable Trustee: So long as the Aggregate Note Principal Balance is greater than zero and the Indenture has not been discharged in accordance with its terms, the Indenture Trustee, and thereafter, the Owner Trustee.
